Looking for a long-term stay without bringing your own rig? Our one-bedroom cabins and one and two-bedroom park models are available for monthly stays, giving you all the comforts of home in the middle of a resort community.

Each option includes a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space to settle in, and full access to all Lake City RV Resort amenities — pool, dog park, fishing ponds, clubhouse, and more.

Cabins

One-Bedroom Cabin Rentals - $775+/month*

Our one-bedroom cabin rentals are the perfect place to stay during your trip to Florida. We recommend these rentals for solo travelers or couples. With monthly and seasonal rental options, you won’t have to worry about relocating during your stay. So check in, get cozy, and make yourself at home!

These cabins come with access to all the park amenities during your stay. You’ll also be able to pull your car right up to your front door, making loading/unloading a breeze.

The cabins come fully furnished and include all necessary house supplies, along with electric and internet for your convenience.

RV Sites

Looking to bring your own accommodations? Lake City RV Resort offers 67 RV sites with 30/50 AMP service. Most sites feature large concrete patios, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. Whether you’re pulling in for a quick pit stop or settling in for the weekend, you’ll have everything you need: laundry facilities, a clubhouse, a pool, games, and more.

Park Models

One-Bedroom Park Model Rentals - $950+/month*

If you’re looking for a bit more space than our cabins offer, the one-bedroom park model may be perfect for you. With monthly, seasonal and annual rental periods, you can enjoy spreading out during your stay. This rental unit is recommended for couples, small groups, or families.

You’ll have everything you need, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, air conditioning, heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The units also come fully furnished.

Your rental includes access to all of the park amenities, making your backyard a lot more fun!

Two-Bedroom Park Model Rentals - $1,350+/month*

Our two-bedroom park models offer the most space out of our three rental options. Available for rent on a monthly, seasonal or annual basis, these units are ideal for small groups and families.

The unit provides everything you need for a longer visit, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, air conditioning, heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The apartments come fully furnished, making your stay easier and more comfortable.

Your rental also includes access to all of the park amenities!
