Adventure Near Lake City RV Resort
Ginnie Springs
Just 50 minutes south of the resort, discover the crystal-clear waters and winding rivers of Ginnie Springs. The spring water stays a refreshing 72 degrees year-round — perfect for swimming, floating, or just soaking up a beautiful North Florida day.
Falling Waters State Park
A 6-minute drive from the resort, Falling Creek Falls is one of the area’s natural wonders. During normal water levels, the creek cascades over a 10-foot waterfall, flows under Falling Creek Road through a deep ravine, and disappears underground.
Ichetucknee Springs
Only 40 minutes south, 8 crystal-clear springs converge to form the six-mile Ichetucknee River. Explore the water by tube, canoe, or kayak — or take a peaceful walk through the lush park forest. However you spend your time, it’s scenic Florida at its finest.
Rum Island
About 50 minutes south, Rum Island gets its exotic name from the illicit moonshine stills hidden along these banks in the early 1900s. Today, the crystal-clear spring waters of the Santa Fe River make it a perfect spot to swim, snorkel, fish, or simply relax.

The clearly care about keeping the facility in tip-top shape and are constantly adding/improving amenities. It’s right next to the highway, so is easy to access (and yes, there is some road noise). There are 2 dog parks, lots of indoor and outdoor games, and there was even a park-wide murder-mystery game happening when we arrived. The sites are not very wide, but the roads were wide enough to accommodate our Class A. We would definitely stay here again.Posted on Google Annie WMarch 19, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Park is very clean, well maintained and staff is so friendly! Offers many amenities and is fairly close to shopping and restaurants. We have stayed here many times and plan on returning.Posted on Google Kristen HMarch 13, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pretty little well maintained campground right off I - 10. A little noisy, but we slept well. Great price and spaced the same as any KOA or big price tagged newer ones. We prefer the smaller with the affordable price tag. Lots to do if you choose to.Posted on Google Ricky BMarch 5, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jiminy crickets this place was great. Easy in easy out. Admin was simple. Firepit delivered to your doorstep. Right off the interstatePosted on Google Ronda PMarch 2, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went to Jennings GP to enjoy a weekend of motorcycle riding. As we were headed out Sunday to drive home, our Brakes on the camper locked down and we needed to find a place to stay the night until we could have it looked at the next day. The lady who works in the office was amazing. It was Sunday, @ 7pm. She assisted us on finding the perfect site. Nice little Gem tucked off the Hwy. we will definitely be back.Posted on Google Steve ZFebruary 23, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Neat little campground! The staff is so happy here! They are doing a great job on the way this place looks! The little house where you check in was very well taken care of as was the grounds and pool area. We stayed in site #12 which is right next to the clubhouse. Nice tall trees. It is adjacent to I-10, but we didn't find the noise to be an issue at all. Laundry facility was right behind us a bit and the washers and dryers worked great. The next time through, we will come see you again! Thanks!Posted on Google Mark CJanuary 14, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just dropped in to get my LP tank filled, but the service was very good. The atmosphere here must be pretty good because a Father walked his Daughter over to me to give me a duck for my Jeep. Very cool.Posted on Google Chris MDecember 1, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We stayed for 3.5 days. No one was in the office but our papers were left. We understand it was Thanksgiving when we got there. It’s a quiet spot. Nice amount of games in the club house. It was nice to have a pool table to play pool. We have a pool date every week we thought we would miss. It was nice that we didn’t. I used the bathroom. It seemed to be clean enough. Glad we didn’t use the showers. They are disgusting! They could definitely use a good scrubbing. It was chilly out, so we didn’t see very many people around. I assume everyone stayed in. The last morning we ran out of propane, the guy who picks up the trash was able to refill our tank. That was both very nice of him and convenient for us. It's a bit pricey for what it is and you have to rent a fire pit ($10) if you want one. Over all, It was ok we may stay there again.
